Learning how to make you own wraps is a great way to understand sustainable practice in a hands-on way. The workshop is particularly aimed at kids aged 10-17, but we cater for adults too.
We can stop by your school, organisation or charity to teach the participants (max. group size of 25 for safety reasons) how to make their own beeswax wraps from start to finish and discuss why eco-friendly products like these are so important.
Generally - although we tailor each workshop to our audiences’ specific interest and size - we provide the cloth, beeswax and an educational worksheet. We have our host provide the utensils (ovens, bowls, brushes, markers, trays, aprons, pegs, scissors, etc), which they can re-use again to have fun making wraps.
